Story 6: The Librarian’s Light

Mara, a librarian in a quiet town, discovers the bead Luca left behind hidden inside an old book. Mara has always felt an inexplicable connection to the written word but never quite felt at home in the world. The bead calls to her, and as she holds it, she feels a warmth inside her heart. The next day, Mara shares a story with the children who visit the library, telling them of the magical beanie and how it can bring people together. She leaves the bead behind in the pages of a book, hoping it will reach someone in need.
